Key Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Manager – Physicians, you will play an important role in ensuring the hospital attracts and retains highly qualified medical professionals. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop physician recruitment strategies based on workforce planning.
• Lead the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to final hiring.
• Coordinate physician interviews with clinical leadership.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and medical institutions.
• Manage physician licensing, credentialing, and DHA documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and healthcare regulations.
• Supervise onboarding, relocation, orientation, and physician integration.
• Improve recruitment processes through ATS and HRIS systems.
• Introduce AI-powered sourcing and digital recruitment solutions.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the physician recruitment team.
• Support succession planning and long-term workforce development.
• Maintain confidential recruitment records and compliance documentation.

Qualification

Required Education

Applicants should meet the following educational qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Leadership, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHHR will be considered an added advantage.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Minimum 8 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years of physician recruitment experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of physician licensing and credentialing processes.
• Experience working with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements.
• Experience in healthcare workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Previous experience with international physician recruitment is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams.
