Job Description

As an AI Product Manager at Air Apps, you will be at the forefront of shaping AI-powered applications that enhance user experiences. You will lead the product development lifecycle for AI-driven features, working closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop, launch, and scale AI-driven solutions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that AI technologies align with user needs and business objectives.

• This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Product Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of AI-powered products and ensure they meet both customer expectations and business objectives.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Define and manage the AI product roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering, product design, and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities for new AI-powered features.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Monitor AI model performance and recommend improvements.
• Define product success metrics and key performance indicators.
• Make product decisions using data and customer insights.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies.
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualification

Required Education

Candidates should preferably possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• A Master’s Degree is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Required Experience

Applicants should have:

• Around 4 or more years of Product Management experience.
• Previous experience working on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
• Experience managing product roadmaps from planning to launch.
• Strong background in data-driven decision making.
