Job Description

Su Badminton Club Inc. is seeking motivated and experienced badminton coaches to join its coaching team. Coaches will be responsible for organizing training sessions, motivating athletes, managing competitive programs, and helping players achieve their highest performance levels.

This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strong understanding of badminton coaching techniques.

Key Responsibilities

As a Badminton Coach, your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and conduct badminton training sessions.
• Develop competitive training schedules and coaching programs.
• Prepare athletes for local and national competitions.
• Analyze player performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Observe and evaluate athletes during training and competitions.
• Coordinate competitive badminton programs.
• Provide technical coaching and tactical guidance.
• Motivate athletes to reach their full potential.
• Perform coaching-related management duties.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and professional training environment.

Education Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Secondary (High School) Graduation Certificate

OR

• Equivalent education and relevant coaching experience.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 5 years of badminton coaching experience
• Experience coaching competitive badminton players
• Strong knowledge of badminton techniques and training methods
