The Human Resources Manager will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and oversee the organization’s complete HR strategy. The successful candidate will manage multiple HR departments, guide organizational change initiatives, support workforce planning, and ensure high-quality HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of HR services.
  • Support the implementation of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

  • Develop and monitor HR performance indicators and workforce analytics.
  • Represent the employer during negotiations with labor union representatives.
  • Advise senior leadership on strategic workforce planning.
  • Promote employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications
