The EUV factory (EF) is responsible for the production and installation of EUV wafer scanners and sources. The department EF MF System Build is responsible for install and commissioning of the NXE wafer scanner and Sources.
In this role you have the mission to realize a “World Class” effective and efficient implementation and execution of the manufacturing process with high quality standards and short cycle times driven by continuously improving ASML’s processes and products. And to ensure ‘release for volume’ of a highly critical, but not yet mature product.
As a Team Lead, you operationally manage a production team and involve production and quality engineers, logistic representatives, and development representatives.
Qualification

Education
- You hold a technical higher vocational level or Bachelor degree; we’re also open to the candidates with Master degree in a technical area
Experience
- You have proven experience (4-6 years) as People Leader in a Manufacturing environment
- You have experience in production management;
- You have experience with LEAN principles;
- You have experience in improvement projects and complex working environment

About The Job
Team lead – manufacturing Jobs In Netherlands, Europe
The role is in shifts (2-shift schedule):
- Early shift (06:30 – 15:30)
- Late shift (15:00 – 00:00)
- Once per 4 weeks a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday)
You will also work in a cleanroom environment.
For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 67,000 euro and 75,500 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
