Job Description
The Client Engagement Manager Europe Jobs opportunity is designed for professionals who are passionate about luxury customer relationships and premium brand experiences. Based in Milan, you will work closely with the Head of Client Engagement & Customer Value Management for Europe.
Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute client engagement strategies that strengthen loyalty among the company’s most valuable customers. You will help expand relationships with VIP and ultra-high-net-worth clients while supporting business growth across multiple European markets.
The role also involves working with retail teams, marketing departments, event specialists, and regional clienteling managers to deliver personalized luxury experiences that reflect the ZEGNA brand.
Key Responsibilities
As Client Engagement Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies across Europe.
- Build long-term relationships with VIP and UHNW clients.
- Create exclusive luxury experiences that increase customer loyalty.
- Lead regional Clienteling Managers across European markets.
- Coordinate premium client events and personalized engagement programs.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Events, and Customer Value Management teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all European markets.
- Track client engagement performance and business results.
- Analyze customer data and improve engagement strategies.
- Maintain operational excellence for all regional engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase long-term client value.
- Support business growth through customer relationship development.
Qualification
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality Management, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional certification in Luxury Management or Customer Experience is considered an advantage.
Required Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Client Engagement, Client Experience, Clienteling, Experiential Marketing, Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Jewelry, or Premium Brand Management.
- Proven experience managing VIP and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) client relationships.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating regional engagement initiatives.
- Strong background in organizing exclusive luxury events and personalized customer experiences.
- Experience working within international or multi-market environments is preferred.
