Job Description

Based in Måløv, Denmark, you’ll play an important role in keeping production equipment reliable by maintaining accurate maintenance records, supporting maintenance planning, and working closely with technicians and engineers. Your work will directly contribute to safe, efficient, and uninterrupted pharmaceutical manufacturing.
As a Maintenance Supporter, you will become part of the Technical Support department, where your primary responsibility is to ensure that maintenance information, equipment data, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
You’ll collaborate with maintenance technicians, equipment specialists, and production teams to improve maintenance strategies, support ongoing projects, and help create reliable maintenance processes that keep production running smoothly.
This role combines technical knowledge with data management, giving you the opportunity to improve equipment reliability while supporting a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Maintain and update equipment master data and maintenance records.
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance strategies.
- Collect technical information by performing equipment inspections and line walks.
- Organize equipment manuals, spare parts documentation, and maintenance files.
- Support production teams with maintenance-related information.
- Assist during equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and technical projects.
- Help improve maintenance processes and data quality.
- Work closely with technicians and equipment owners to ensure maintenance activities are well documented.
- Ensure maintenance documentation meets company and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability.
Qualification
Required Education
A technical trade qualification or apprenticeship in a relevant engineering or maintenance field.
Required Experience
Previous experience maintaining production or industrial equipment.
Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production, or another regulated industry is an advantage.
Required Interests And language
Interest in maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, and equipment data management.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with SAP PM/MM is beneficial but not essential.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Good communication skills in both Danish and English.
