As the Marketing Manager – Women’s Health, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth across the European Union.
Working closely with sales teams, product managers, medical experts, and global marketing specialists, you’ll ensure BD’s Women’s Health solutions reach healthcare professionals effectively while building long-term customer relationships.
This position combines strategic planning with hands-on marketing execution, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and commercial results.
The role offers flexibility to be based in various European countries, although employees are expected to work from their local office at least four days each week.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing regional marketing strategies for the Women’s Health portfolio.
- Supporting business growth by identifying market opportunities and customer needs.
- Planning and coordinating successful product launches across European markets.
- Working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing.
- Creating marketing campaigns, promotional materials, presentations, and sales tools.
- Helping position BD products with clear value propositions and competitive messaging.
- Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Monitoring competitors and maintaining market intelligence.
- Building relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Supporting customer education programs and product training initiatives.
- Visiting hospitals, healthcare providers, and customers to gather market insights.
- Assisting with pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, and commercialization activities.
- Managing marketing budgets while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
Qualification
Education
MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Required Experience
At least 5–8 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development.
Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of product commercialization and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and financial understanding.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively within international teams.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
